Automatic Brine Freezer is an ideal freezing solution for seafood products that can tolerance high salinity such as cooked shrimps and crabs. The freezer uses strong brine solution which is chilled down to -17°C (0°F) with heat exchanger controlled by PLC computer. Immersion freezing is highly efficient as the heat transmission is a 100% without any type of thermal barrier and results in extremely low freezing time.

The automatic packaging and palletizing solution from Skaginn 3X is an ideal solution for packing and palletizing products for bulk production in the food industry. Crab products are by nature perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions. Skaginn 3X crab packing machine takes these factors into consideration and is designed to pack the crab products from trays into boxes automatically and delicately. The crab packing system by Skaginn 3X, is a new crab packing line with an automatic sorting mechanism control by Vision- and weighing unit. The flow is controlled by a weighing and Vision unit which sorts the product based on size, weight, quality and condition and delivers the product to the right workstation where the product is packed by an employee. 

Skaginn 3X fluid ice system is a complete ice solution and probably most flexible fluid ice system available today. The system can use external source of ice and can be delivered with or without flake ice machine. When delivered with flake ice machine it is more than a fluid ice system and can produce pure flake ice, simultaneously while producing fluid ice. The system is adjustable and can deliver any fluid ice mixture up to 50% thickness while the temperature can also be adjusted by salinity from the range of 0°C to -15°C.

Spiral Pumps are used to transport products delicately through a closed-in low pressure system. The Spiral Pump is ideal for pumping water-mixed material such as raw and cooked shrimp, shellfish and pelagic and other small fish. By rotating slowly, it performs an evaluation with water and material through pipes, without using any propeller and therefore conveys all material very gently in closed environment.

Option that replaces all of the monitors that are found in a modern, but conventional bridge of a fishing trawler, possibly over 20 monitors.  The video wall solution has the following advantages:

•       All pictures and information from all navigational-, fish finding- and other equipment are available on one monitor, i.e. the video wall.
•       All monitoring systems of the ships can also be integrated to the video wall (camera system, engine control, fire alarm system etc.).
